Yes – you are welcome to visit our Nairobi showroom to view product samples, compare materials, and confirm quality before placing your order.
If you are outside Nairobi, we can share photos, videos, or arrange sample shipping where necessary.

For the best results, please provide vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG).
We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI or higher). If your file is not print-ready, our design team can assist with basic artwork adjustments or logo redraws if needed.

Yes. We always share a digital artwork mockup (proof) for your approval before production begins.
Production only starts after you confirm the artwork, ensuring you know exactly how the final product will look.
